The final December reservations are filling up for Adega, the Portuguese standout that became San Jose’s first-ever Michelin star honoree in 2016.In July, owners Carlos and Fernanda Carreira announced the end-of-year closure of the acclaimed restaurant that opened in 2015 in the city’s Little Portugal neighborhood, with David Costa in the executive chef role then and now.
